Scholarship Details

Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) is the world’s top young university and is also ranked 12th globally. NTU has 33,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students in engineering, business, science, humanities, arts, social sciences, education and medicine.

Renaissance Engineering Programme (REP) Scholarship

The REP Scholarship is awarded to outstanding freshmen pursuing a full-time Renaissance Engineering Programme in NTU.


•Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
•Possess outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' Level, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, NUS High School Diploma or IB Diploma qualifications. 
•Excellent co-curricular records.
•Strong leadership qualities and potential. 

Value of Scholarships

•Full coverage of subsidised tuition fees (after tuition grant).
•Living allowance of S$6,000 per academic year for all years except in year 3. Allowances for year 3 will be determined by REP Office.
•Book allowance of S$500 per academic year. 
•Accommodation allowance of up to S$2,000 per academic year (applicable to scholarship holders who reside in NTU hostels only ).
•Computer allowance of S$1,750 (one-off). 
• Overseas benefits to Year 3 students: 
- Enrolment and tuition fees at a partner university.                                                             
- Overseas accommodation and meals/meal allowance at the partner university, including the official duration of the industrial orientation programme/internship.
