Nanyang Technological University, Singapore (NTU Singapore) is the world’s top young university and is also ranked 12th globally. NTU has 33,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students in engineering, business, science, humanities, arts, social sciences, education and medicine.

Wee Cho Yaw Future Leaders Award

​The Wee Cho Yaw Future Leaders Award was established by United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) to provide tertiary education opportunities for students from less privileged backgrounds.

Requirement

•Open to Singapore Citizens and Singapore Permanent Residents.
•Possess outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE 'A' Level, Diploma awarded by a Polytechnic in Singapore, NUS High School Diploma or IB Diploma qualifications.
•Outstanding contributions or attributes in other areas such as community service, student leadership, or sporting excellence.
•Preference will be given to students from lower income families.

Value of Scholarships

•Full coverage of subsidised tuition fees (after tuition grant).
•Living allowance of S$12,000 per academic year.                                                                    
•Overseas allowance of S$16,000.
