Requirement

  • The scholarship is open to Singapore Citizens, and Singapore Permanent Residents and foreigners who will undertake to obtain Singapore citizenship

  • GCE 'A' Level (11 units); 
    International Baccalaureate (36 points); or Polytechnic Diploma (with Merit)

  • Outstanding academic achievements and co-curricular activities, and strong leadership qualities
