• Passion to serve and take on a challenging career in IRAS
• Outstanding GCE ‘A’ Levels, Polytechnic results or equivalent (e.g. International Baccalaurate (IB), NUS High School Diploma)
• Singapore citizens and permanent residents (PRs) intending to take up citizenship
• Outstanding CCA records and leadership qualities
• Those currently serving NS are also eligible to apply
You may pursue any course of study in approved top overseas universities for the overseas awards. The course of study should have relevance to the different areas of work in IRAS.

Overseas scholarship covers fees & allowance based on a similar local course. The bonded period will hence be similar to that as a local scholarship then? Thanks.
