-Full-time first year undergraduates enrolled in any degree programme
-Singapore Citizens or Singapore Permanent Residents
-Good academic results
-Good CCA and/or community service involvement
-Demonstrated evidence of financial need (with gross monthly household per capita income in accordance with prevailing guidelines to qualify for government bursaries)

-$12,000 per annum (towards subsidised tuition fees and study-related expenses)
-Tenable for up to 4 years of the recipient’s academic studies, subject to continued observance of the eligibility criteria and the terms and conditions of award.
-May be in concurrent receipt of a bursary for cash allowance, subject to fulfilment of its eligibility criteria (for Singaporean students only).
