This is a premier scheme aimed to nurture future early childhood educators in Singapore.
• Singapore Citizen Year 3 or Year 4
• Full-time undergraduate reading the Bachelor of Early Childhood Education with minor programme.
• Must possess good academic and co-curricular activities records, active participation in community service and strong language skills
• Students receiving the MOE Higher Education Bursary (with per capita income of less than S$2,500) will be given priority.
• S$10,000 to offset recipient’s tuition fee for the following academic year
• No bond
