• Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident intending to take up a Singapore Citizenship

• Outstanding GCE ‘O’ & ‘A’ Level / NUS High / International Baccalaureate (IB) / Diploma Results

Local Award includes:
• Tuition and Compulsory Fees
• Maintenance Allowance
• Pre-Studies Allowance (for Full-term only)
• Sponsorship of up to one approved exchange programme/ summer school
• Additional sponsorship of Masters studies (upon approval)
Bond Period
• Full Term: 4 years
• Mid Term: 1 year for every year sponsored
Note: First 2 years of deployment in parent agency (i.e. SBS Transit or SMRT) and subsequent 2 years in LTA regardless of bond period.
Overseas Award includes:
• Tuition and Compulsory Fees
• Maintenance Allowance
• Return Airfare
• Pre-studies Allowance (for Full-term only)
• Sponsorship of up to one approved exchange programme/ summer school
• Additional sponsorship of Masters studies (upon approval)
• Language Support Program (non English speaking countries only)
• Preparatory programme in country of study (non English speaking countries only)
Bond Period
• Full Term: 6 years
5 years (non English speaking countries only)
• Mid Term: 1.5 years for every year sponsored
