• Singapore Citizen
• Full-time undergraduate students enrolled into the Bachelor of Accountancy programme
• Must possess good academic and co-curricular activities records, active participation in community service and strong language skills
• CGPA of at least 4.0
• Monthly household per capital income (PCI) of less than S$1,000
• S$5,000 to offset recipient’s tuition fee for the following academic year
• No bond
