
The PSC Master’s Scholarship (Sustainability) develops future public officers in sustainability and circularity. Students in their final year of undergraduate studies or fresh graduates with up to 3 years of private/non-government sector experience are welcome to apply.

• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and potential
• Well-rounded individuals with good academic and non-academic records.
• In your final year of your undergraduate studies, or a fresh graduate with no more than 3 years of working experience (including part-time or contract work) in the private or non-government sector only.
Academic Requirements:
• GCE A-levels; or
• International Baccalaureate; or
• NUS High School Diploma; or
• Polytechnic Diploma with Merit; or
• Other high school diploma or equivalent; and
• University results
