
The PSC Scholarship (Engineering) is offered to outstanding students who are keen to pursue an engineering career. By choosing HTX as your parent agency, you will leverage cutting-edge science and technology to engineer innovative and transformative solutions to empower Singapore’s Home Team.
• Be a Singapore Citizen
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and potential
• Present themselves as well-rounded individuals, possessing good academic and non-academic records.
• GCE A-levels; or International Baccalaureate; or NUS High School Diploma; or Polytechnic Diploma with merit; or Other high school diploma or equivalent. You may apply prior to receiving your final examination results. A provisional scholarship offer may be made if you are found suitable, subject to confirmation upon release of final results.
• Tuition fees and other approved charges. For overseas degrees, return airfare will be provided. For mid-term candidates, tuition and other compulsory fees incurred before the award will be back paid.
• Maintenance and other allowances. For mid-term candidates, allowance will only be paid from the point of award.
• Sponsorship of PSC development programmes and approved student exchange or summer programmes.
• Sponsorship of master’s degree (if requirements are met).
Bond period:
• For undergraduate study in English-speaking countries: 6 years
• For undergraduate study in non-English speaking countries: 5 years
• For undergraduate study in Singapore: 4 years
