• Singaporean or Permanent Resident
• Possess outstanding Singapore-Cambridge GCE A Level, local polytechnic diploma, International Baccalaureate diploma, NUS High School diploma or equivalent qualifications
• Excellence across academic and non-academic achievements e.g., arts, sports, contributions to the community etc
• Possess attitude, desire and potential to make an impact to society
• 100% coverage of tuition fees including government tuition grant
• Up to S$5,000 travel grant (reimbursement basis)
• S$5,000 living allowance per academic year.
