• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Full-time undergraduates from the S R Nathan School of Human Development
• Must possess good academic and co-curricular activities records, active participation in community service and strong language skills and leadership qualities
• Preference will be given to students with demonstrated financial need, with monthly household Per Capita Income (PCI) of less than S$2,500.
• S$7,500 to offset recipient’s tuition fee for the following academic year
• No bond
