The J.K – SUSS Scholarships, funded by an anonymous donor, embodies the principle that philanthropy being an altruistic act needs neither acknowledgement nor recognition as the aim is to perpetuate the well-being of others. Inspired by an Indian philosopher’s idea that “Truth is a pathless land,” the donor hopes recipients will embrace the spirit of “paying it forward,” regardless of their means.
• Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident full-time undergraduate
• Must possess good academic and co-curricular activities records, strong language skills and leadership qualities
• Demonstrate willingness to pay it forward through contribution to the community or within SUSS
• Priority will be given to students with financial difficulties.
• S$7,500 to offset recipient’s tuition fee for the following academic year
• No bond
