• Open to Singapore citizens with per capita income of not more than S$1,250 and monthly household income of not more than S$5,000
• Good results in the annual examinations at the local universities
• Good GCE ‘O’ and ‘A’ level / polytechnic results
• Consistently good co-curricular activities records
• Successful scholarship recipients are expected to serve the society through volunteerism or community work during their studies
• Full course fees including tuition and examinations
• Living allowance of S$2,500 per annum
• Book allowance of S$500 per annum
