The PSC Scholarship (Engineering) – HTX (Home Team Science and Technology Agency), is offered to students who are keen to pursue an engineering career.

• Singapore Citizen
• Strong leadership qualities and potential
• Good academic and Co-Curricular Activities (CCAs) records
• GCE A Levels, International Baccalaureate, Polytechnic or NUS High School diploma, or other high school diploma/certificate. You may apply prior to receiving your final examination results. Should you be found suitable for a scholarship, you may be made a provisional scholarship offer that is subject to confirmation upon the release of your results.
• Study at renowned overseas or local universities
• Full tuition and other approved fees
• Monthly overseas or local maintenance allowance (including accommodation)
• Return economy class airfare (for overseas scholars)
• Sponsorship of PSC development programmes, approved student exchange programmes, summer programmes and CCAs
• Sponsorship for Masters degree (if requirements are met)
Bond Duration
• 6-year bond (for English speaking countries)
• 5-year bond (for Non-English speaking countries)
• 4-year bond (for local universities)
