The PSC Scholarship develops future public officers via the Public Administration pathway. Scholarship holders experience governance work from policy formulation to implementation. Applicants are welcome to apply prior to or up until the penultimate year of their undergraduate studies.
• Singapore Citizen
• Demonstrate strong leadership qualities and potential
• Well-rounded individuals with good academic and non-academic records.
Academic Requirements:
• GCE A-levels; or
• International Baccalaureate; or
• NUS High School Diploma; or
• Polytechnic Diploma with Merit; or
• Other high school diploma or equivalent
• For applicants who are undergraduates, at least one semester of university results, and application must be made before the final year of undergraduate studies.
• Tuition fees and other approved charges.
• Monthly maintenance and other allowances.
• Return economy airfare if you are studying overseas
• Development programmes: sponsored development programmes and approved student exchange or summer programmes.
• Facilitated internship opportunities.
• Master’s Programme (if applicable): Sponsorship of master’s degree (if requirements are met)
Note:
For applicants who are undergraduates, tuition and other compulsory fees incurred before the award will be back-paid while allowances will only be paid from the point of award.
Bond:
• English Speaking Countries: 6 years
• Non-English Speaking Countries: 5 years
• Singapore: 4 years
