The award encourages those from non-traditional pathways including those with a diploma from the Institute of Technical Education and working adults to pursue their first Bachelor’s degree as full-time undergraduates.
• Open to Singapore Citizens
• Possess diploma from the Institute of Technical Education; or be at least 25 years of age in the year of matriculation; or possess at least 4 years of working experience.
• Do not already have a bachelor’s degree
• Considered based on professional experience.
• Full coverage of subsidised tuition fees (after tuition grant).
• Living allowance of S$5,000 per academic year.
• No bond
Successful awardees should matriculate into a full-time undergraduate degree programmes excluding Medicine, Renaissance Engineering Programme and NIE programmes in the same year of scholarship.
